Sleek curves. Quick tuck ends. Ready for gifting and retail.

Pillow boxes are slim, curved paperboard cartons that close with tuck-in flapsat both ends—creating a soft, pillow-like silhouette. Also referred to as Pillow Gift Boxes or Paperboard Pillow Boxes, they’re a stylish, efficient choice for gift cards, accessories, cosmetics, favors, and subscription kits.
Note: Not to be confused with ‘pillow pack’ flow-wrap, which is a flexible film pouch often used for candies.

Curved profiles create instant giftability while tuck ends make hand packing fast—no tape or glue required.
Getting the size right is critical for the curved shape. We measure Length x Width x Depth (Height) at the widest point while flat, or the useable space when assembled.
Measurement Logic:
Technical considerations to ensure your pillow box performs on the packing line.
Pillow boxes rely on tension to stay closed. We engineer the score lines and grain direction to provide the right "pop" and friction fit without needing tape.
Most pillow boxes have one side-seam glue joint. Keep critical artwork and text 3mm away from the glue panel area to avoid misalignment issues.
Avoid placing extensive cutouts too close to the curved edges, as this can weaken the structural integrity when the box is popped open.
Since pillow boxes often ship flat and rub against each other, we recommend scuff-resistant matte or gloss finishes, especially for dark ink coverage.
Boxes arrive flat-packed to save shipping and storage costs. "Pre-glued" side seams mean they are ready to pop open.
Squeeze the sides to pop the box open. Tuck one end flap in, insert your product, then tuck the other end.
The tension holds it shut. Add a wafer seal or ribbon for extra security if mailing directly.
Choose caliper and closure style to suit your product. Optional inner trays or wrap bands keep items positioned and protected.

Elevate print with matte, gloss, or soft‑touch; add foil, spot UV, or emboss/deboss. Ask about recycled content boards and low‑VOC inks to align with your sustainability goals.
Tuck‑end closures speed assembly and are ideal for kits, favors, and retail sets.
Curved silhouettes read premium on shelf and at unboxing; large printable panels.
Recyclable paperboard with optional plastic‑free features; right‑size for reduced materials.
